Rusty Moore is the owner of the website called Fitness Black Book and author of the Visual Impact Muscle Building program in eBooks available for both women and men. His website informs about how to build a nice "Hollywood" look by building muscles and keeping a toned lean body. He has almost twenty years of experience in fitness training.
After being fed up with the fitness world, Rusty started a blog in June of 2007. He was disappointed that the fitness websites back then were more slanted to bodybuilders, with a macho male sense to them. The sites featured ex-con looking men and the women, well, he felt they were less than acceptable and should be featured in a strip bar instead. He had the desire to do something different. He saw the need for people who wanted to look like fit people in Hollywood and not like wrestlers.
Rusty Moore focuses his blog on being toned, lean and muscled. He believes in bulking up without having to go up in clothing sizes. He taught the techniques he learned over the past twenty years with great success. This caused his blog to become very popular.
Rusty Moore wrote the Visual Impact Muscle Building Program in two parts, one for men and one for women. The main goal for the men is to build up the muscle mass without having to actually "bulk" up. His premise is to help people become fit and lean and not have them looking like a "chubby ex-football player". His theme for men is muscular and lean, like fit Hollywood men.
The women’s program eBook operates in the same way, to gain fit lean muscle mass without adding fat and clothing sizes. His goal is for women to be in shape and still look feminine in stylish clothes. He believes that if a woman works out to the point of gaining muscle bulk, she looks more masculine. His muscle building program for women avoids this. He has said his programs aims to help women look like Jessica Alba more than Jillian Michaels.
Rusty Moore believes that some workouts aren’t right, like proclaiming that high repetitions build tone in the muscles and that low repetitions build muscles. He believes that people can become strong while losing the body fat. Increase the muscle’s strength without building it in size. Doing this makes muscles more efficient. An efficient muscle will be a toned muscle.
Rusty Moore touches on using cardio exercises in is Visual Building Impact Muscle Building program. He believes that doing cardio workouts in addition to having a good nutritious diet plan will help people to meet their weight and muscle building goals a lot faster. He advises just how to do the cardio for the fastest results. He believes that the fat loss should happen quickly instead of slowly. He is a normal guy who has lived the life of losing fat and gaining muscle tone and strength. All his advice he has personally proven himself.
